I was honored to be involved with the launch of Long Island's first 100K wind turbine on Half Hollow farms in Aquebogue, NY. At the time I was interning for a wonderful little renewable energy company with a big heart called Eastern Energy Systems, or "e2sys".
In addition to the launch, I participated in several projects related to solar and wind installations. My time at e2sys opened the door wider to the renewables industry.
